London Calling...

So I'd been thinking about, musing upon, capturing the incredible London Andrews for some time now. I originally planned to do an original illo based upon a pose born in my imagination and imbued with her proportions and likeness, but then she posted this image on her blog...



and I was like...THAT'S it. So I started scribbling yesterday evening and after some fits and starts I was finished somewhere about six in the AM. I'm pretty sure I'll be splashing some color on this piece soon enough, so when I do, I'll be sure to drop it like it's hot. Enjoy all, and London, this one's for U!

Tronus de Milo

Recently Miss Stacey Owens bda Staceytron held an art jam on deviantART calling for artists' renditions of her popular character (based on her own curvaceous likeness), also named Staceytron. A being of pure sensual, sexual and creative energy, her curves (be they real or exaggerated) have inspired many artists on dA and I am no exception, but more so, I have been seduced by the imagination of this siren from Down Under. I call her writings describing the myth of Staceytron pure Geek Poetry. Below is my art jam entry, entitled DOWNLOADING...

I'm not even gonna do much yapping in this post. Just gonna drop some fresh sketches on this thing. Yeah, there's nothing better to do when U're waiting for the train in NYC than to sketch some... 2 Semi Holidays for the price of one

Ya don't really get a day off for St. Patty's day or Easter, but one gets ya a drunken parade and an excuse to draw naked women and four-leaf clovers while the other gets ya new clothes and a nice Sunday service for some and chocolate goodies for others... Who am I kiddin? I don't need an excuse to draw naked women, all I need is a pencil and some paper... ;o)

with a cat that I met over on deviantART.com. Troy Dugas, aka VillianNoHero draws sexy women with deelishes, lovely curves... Yes, I mean butts and boobs. U know kindred spirits and all that. So he commented on one of my girls one day and I went to peep his gallery and definitely liked what I saw. So one afternoon while commenting on one of his pieces, I asked him about the chances that folks might see some of his lovely ladies in color. Well, he responded that he had yet to get involved in the digital painting aspect of things, so I asked if he'd mind me laying some paints over one of his pieces in photoshop. Well, he liked the idea and I chose a piece from his gallery...
